The Purpose Academy

Meet Stacey Susa-Pinto

Executive Presence Architect. Leadership Strategist. Founder of The Purpose Academy.

Stacey Susa-Pinto is a Pan-African Executive Presence Coach and Leadership Strategist who helps African leaders step into their highest identity, sharpen their executive voice, and lead with clarity, purpose, and authority. She is the Founder of The Purpose Academy, a leadership development practice dedicated to building confident, compelling leaders across the continent.

Stacey’s leadership journey spans law, trade policy, economic development, and high-level advisory work. She served as CEO of the Namibia Trade Forum, where she led national private–public sector engagement, strategic economic policy processes, and complex stakeholder management across government and industry.

Her experience broadened through roles as an Advisor to the United Nations and consultant to the United Kingdom Government, giving her rare insight into institutional leadership, diplomacy, and development from a global perspective.

Today, Stacey brings this depth into her executive coaching and leadership development work. She specialises in identity alignment, executive presence, and strategic communication helping leaders upgrade how they think, speak, and show up at senior levels.

Her frameworks including Executive Presence Mastery™, Leadership Identity Reset™, and Authority Communication Lab™  have supported leaders in finance, insurance, energy, agriculture, consulting, and public institutions. Her clients describe her as a powerful blend of warmth, depth, clarity, and holy boldness.

My leadership story didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began on long drives with my mother.

As a child, I watched her live out values of discipline, excellence, and responsibility without ever labelling them. Those twenty-kilometre drives every day were my first leadership classroom. I learned to honour time, prepare well, greet people properly, and show up with presence long before I knew the language of ‘executive coaching’.

Those early lessons followed me into law, trade policy, CEO roles, and international advisory work. No matter what room I was in, one pattern remained: I was always drawn to helping people understand who they are, why they are there, and how to show up in a way that honours their calling.

The Purpose Academy is the formal expression of that calling  a place where identity, presence, and purpose meet strategic, professional excellence.

The Academy is built on five pillars:

Purpose &
Identity Alignment

Rooted in
African excellence

and transformation

Unapologetically committed
to depth, clarity, and truth
